Gluten: All items are gluten free made with either almond or coconut flour (or a blend of both). Kitchen is deep cleaned before and after baking.

Sweet: I use Swerve brand “sugar” (Ingredients: Erythritol, allulose, natural flavors, and xathan gum). Erythritol qualifies as "a “sugar alcohol” and is naturally present in small quantities in mushrooms and several fruits, vegetables, and fermented foods. It is a white non-caloric powder with mild sweetness; it produces a cooling effect when dissolved in water. Most of the ingested erythritol is absorbed in the small intestine but is not metabolized in the body. Thus it does not have any glycemic effect, making this a safe product for diabetics.

Vegan: any items labled vegan are made with organic coconut oil instead of butter and organic ground flax seeds instead of eggs. My vegan frosting and cupcake filling is made with organic coconut cream.

Nut allergies: My chocolate chip cookies are made with coconut flour and we can make our cupcakes nut free with coconut flour upon request! If there’s a peanut allergy please let me know and I will be certain to not bake any peanut products while making your order.
